We are living the life that our nervous system has the capacity to hold, but what if you could expand that?

Much of what shapes how we experience life lives below conscious awareness in the nervous system. Shaped by past experiences, it influences our thoughts, behaviours and emotional responses in the present moment.

Its role is to keep us safe. Yet many of the patterns that once protected us can begin to limit us later in life.

To create real shifts that last, we must learn to work with the embodied language of the nervous system, the language of sensation and felt experience.

This is why the Body–Mind–Action method is so effective. Change happens when the body feels safe enough to shift the patterns it has been holding, not through mindset alone.

When the body shifts, the mind follows and this is about reclaiming authorship over your inner world.

Your mind is a tool you can learn to work with.

From this foundation in the body, we begin to explore the thoughts, narratives and beliefs that shape your experience of life.

You learn to notice the patterns that have been running automatically, and to create space between your thoughts and your actions.

From that space, you can begin to recognise which beliefs are rooted in conditioning rather than your truth and consciously reshape them in ways that support the life you want to live.

This is the return to conscious choice and a more self-led life.

When the mind is supported by nervous system regulation and body integration, transformation becomes embodied, lived and sustainable.

Whats included in a 1:1 Session

A 1–1 session creates space to meet your body and connect with its felt sense — allowing room for processing, release and gentle rewiring. This may relate to relationships, family, work, business, habits, health, emotions, purpose, or another area where life is calling you to grow.

During a session we work with your desire or intention, while also listening to what the body is asking for. I use somatic tools to guide you into deeper connection with your body and nervous system. Reflective conversation is also encouraged, supporting both felt experience and conscious understanding.

We move at your pace. Sessions are guided verbally, with no physical touch, within a safe and supportive space throughout.

Depending on the package you choose, we may work within a structured program exploring themes that are relevant to you. At the same time, the process remains flexible, allowing each session to respond to what is emerging in the body in the moment. In this way, your intention and your body’s timing work together to guide the journey.

Whats included in a 1-1 session

A Session includes:

• 60–90 minute immersive session (via Zoom or in person depending on location)
• Personalized somatic guidance and support
• Practical tools and actions to support integration between sessions

Sessions can be held via Zoom or in person, depending on location - this is on request as the default booking is online. (Location: Bruges, Belgium)
