Guided Embodiment

Somatic-based practices designed to calm the nervous system, strengthen self-connection, and invite emotional clarity rooted in desire and truth.

These guided sessions draw on neuroscience-informed techniques that gently open the body, support regulation, and create space for rewiring to unfold.

This is an invitation to speak the language of your nervous system and to listen, acknowledge, express, release, accept, and transform. Whether emotional or physical, every sensation is a messenger. Your body is always speaking… now is the time to listen.

Mindful movement group classes - pilates based with breath

Mindful Movement

These guided group sessions are designed to deepen your connection with your body through intentional movement and music. Blending stretching and mobilisation with pilates-inspired strength and activation, each class invites you to slow down, feel, and move with purpose.

Through mindful breath work, guided awareness, and somatic connection, you’ll build inner and outer strength while supporting lymphatic flow, alignment, and nervous system regulation.

Movement becomes both a release and a re energising practice, one that restores balance and helps you feel grounded, alive, and more attuned to your inner rhythm.

Handpan and earthy music journeys

Music meditation

A deeply calming experience using acoustic, earth-inspired instruments, including handpan, koshi chimes, and more, to guide you into stillness and presence.

Designed to quiet mental chatter, this journey supports your nervous system to shift into a state of deep relaxation and inner balance.

These experiences can be offered at retreats, wellness spaces, or special events.
