Everything you have lived and experienced shapes how your nervous system responds to the world. These patterns influence how you think, feel, relate and what you believe is possible for you — often without conscious awareness.
You may notice recurring emotions, patterns in relationships, or a quiet sense that you are not fully living in alignment with yourself.
This is because many of the beliefs, reactions and protective patterns we carry live deeper in the body and nervous system.
When we learn to listen to the body and create safety within the nervous system, real change becomes possible. Thoughts shift, beliefs evolve and the way you move through life begins to change.

Movement Membership
Movement is one of the most direct ways to reconnect with the body.
Through Pilates-inspired movement practices that integrate breath, awareness and strength, the membership supports a deeper relationship with your body while building stability, mobility and presence in everyday life.
Group Experiences & Retreats
Group spaces offer a supportive environment to slow down, reconnect and explore your inner world, supported by others on the same journey.
Through meditation, sound, nature and guided body based practices, these experiences create space to listen inward and deepen your connection with yourself.
My Story
I'm here because this work changed my life and I know it can change yours too.
For over a decade, I've immersed myself in the study and practice of mind-body health.
I hold degrees in Medical Neuroscience (BSc) and Sports Nutrition (MSc), certifications in Pilates, Mindfulness, The Body Belief Method, and training as a Pirts Spirit Practitioner in Latvian-inspired heat and nature healing.
I bring both expertise and lived experience to this work. What I've learned and experienced has changed my life and I believe it's my calling to share this with you.
